I used to go to a sandwich shop and buy a sandwich and eat it. I found it very delicious and ate a sandwich every day. Then I wanted to prepare it at home, so I looked up the ingredients that are used in it. Cucumber Sandwich Recipe with Hidden Valley Produce:
1 sandwich
Ingredients
2 thick slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
6 slices of cucumber
2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 tomato, chopped.
1 leaf lettuce
1 ounce pepperoncini, chopped
½ avocado, mashed

Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon cream cheese. Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on one slice of bread. Cover with sprouts, then drizzle with oil and vinegar. Layer the tomato slices, lettuce and pepperoncini. Spread the other slice of bread with the mashed avocado. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.

"A great summer sandwich one of my favorites" I used pita bread, my husband likes tortilla wraps. Pita bread can be a little messy but delicious. I also use low-fat cream cheese and just a couple slices of avocado. Two whole avodac would be too much (this must be a misprint.) Note for eggplant: A pepperoncini is a mild yellow pepper, also known as a banana pepper. They are usually sold in jars near the pickle section. Gives the sandwich a little zing
